Starz revealed on World “Outlander” Day (June 1) that the new season would premiere in “early 2022.” Production on Season 6 wrapped the first week of June, so now the show has to go through the grueling post-production process.

Production officially started on February 9, 2021, with renewed attention toward health safety protocols like social distancing and mask wearing.
